Who we are

Zevaras Private Limited is a product company incorporated in India. We operate this website (zevaras.in) and build software products including Krakens, Unokidz, Legaci, and Collix. Each product may have its own privacy policy that applies to users of that product specifically — this policy covers zevaras.in only.

What we collect

This website collects personal information only through the contact form on /contact. When you submit that form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Any message you choose to include

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. We do not install third-party tracking scripts. We do not collect any data passively from visitors who do not fill in the contact form.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use your contact details for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose other than the conversation you initiated.

How we store it

Submissions are received by our backend and delivered to our team by email. We do not store your submission in a database or CRM. Once the conversation is complete, we retain emails only as long as is reasonably necessary for reference, and delete them on request.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data goes from the form, to our server, to our inbox — and nowhere else.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and general good practice, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this website. Note: Unokidz, our edtech product, has its own privacy policy that specifically addresses children's data under applicable law.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We will not notify you directly unless we are required to do so by law, but the current version will always be available here.
